  1. Who we are. This website is operated by Zeynep Atalay (“Zanza”), Çukur Mahallesi, Tarlabaşı Bulvarı No:150-170, Ofis No:16, Beyoğlu/İstanbul, info@zanzajewellery.com.
  2. Purpose. This site presents Zanza’s jewellery and lets you contact us. It is not an online shop, and nothing on it is an offer to sell. Custom orders are agreed with us directly.
  3. Intellectual property. All text, photographs, designs, logos and the catalogue are the property of Zeynep Atalay and protected by copyright and applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use them commercially without our written permission. Personal, non-commercial viewing is welcome.
  4. Accuracy. We take care to keep the information correct, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or current. Colours and appearance of pieces may differ slightly from the photographs.
  5. Links. Links to other websites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
  6. Liability. The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site.
  7. Privacy. See our Privacy Notice for how we handle details you send us.
  8. Changes. We may update these terms at any time. The version on this page applies.
  9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of İstanbul have jurisdiction.
